Job summary

GN Group in Carlisle, PA is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our clinics. This full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, offers a salary of $42,500 to $45,000 and opportunities for growth.

Join a multi-clinic hearing healthcare team dedicated to better hearing. You will greet patients, answer phones, collect demographics, schedule appointments, maintain files, enter data in CRM, and assist with billing and insurance claims while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2+ years of data entry/administrative experience in a healthcare office is preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Effective English communication (verbal & written).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients as they enter the clinic.
  • Answer telephones, take messages, transfer calls, and confirm appointments.
  • Collect detailed demographic information.
  • Schedule appointments for patients.
  • Maintain physical and electronic patient files per HIPAA rules.
  • Enter data into the CRM and generate reports.

You will be the face and voice of our hearing aid clinics.
