As a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC), you will focus on creating premium and stress-free experiences for our cherished guests and your team. Responsibilities include reserving patient appointments, reviewing advanced treatment plans, and presenting financial options. You will also be responsible for ensuring consents are signed, rides are coordinated, and thorough preparation for scheduled appointments.

Who Are We?

Timber Dental is a modern, customer experience-oriented, privately owned group of five general dental practices—with a sixth office focusing on oral surgery located downtown. We currently provide general and specialty services to patients in NE Portland, SE Portland (East Burnside), Downtown Portland, and on the west side in Sherwood and Bethany Village. This structure allows us to feel like a private practice with the support, experience, and knowledge of a group model. Our goal is to provide an outstanding overall experience to our patients while valuing our team members, the environment, and our community involvement.
