Patient Care Coordinator - Fulltime Remote!

Job Purpose

The Patient Care Coordinator provides customer service assistance to clients arranging medical services or products for workers’ compensation patients. The Care Coordinator is the primary contact for clients and network providers, focusing on clinical service-related claims such as DME, PT, and Radiology.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients via phone, email, and fax.
  • Answer questions regarding medical services, products, and pricing.
  • Arrange for patients to receive medical services/products promptly.
  • Monitor treatment status and obtain case updates from providers.
  • Locate and assign appropriate providers.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure services/products are delivered and needs are met.
  • Update clients throughout and after the order process via verbal and email communication.
  • Document all notes accurately and timely within the system.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in computer and office software.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing personality.
  • 1-2 years of customer or patient service experience preferred.
Work From Home Requirements
  • All necessary equipment provided, including desktop computer and monitor.
  • A private, quiet, dedicated workspace is required.
