Schuster Physical Therapy in Hickory, NC seeks a Patient Care Coordinator for a busy outpatient private practice. You will manage patient flow, verify benefits, schedule appointments, and handle pre-authorization tasks while maintaining a joyful, team-focused environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College education is preferred.
• Three years of work experience in an administrative or clerical position, preferably in a health care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provides information on policies and services to patients and referral sources.
• Schedules evaluations, re-evaluations and treatments.
• Files paperwork accurately for team success.
• Maintains inventory and orders supplies.
• Adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
