Job summary

Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers in Elizabethtown, KY, seeks a Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in/check-out and basic administrative tasks. This role includes travel to other clinics as needed to support operations.

Responsibilities include verifying insurances, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced ophthalmology setting. Monday–Friday schedule with open availability within office hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Favorable result on Background Check
• Basic computer skills
• Excitement to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone)
• Answer phones and inquiries promptly and courteously
• Manage patient flow and check-in/out processes
• Verify insurances and collect payments when applicable
