Skin and Cancer Institute in Lodi, CA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients. You will manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare operations.
• Additional training or certification in medical office administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out per service standards.
• Collect required patient information at check-in (NPP, insurance, ID, demographics, CCOF).
• Verify primary and secondary insurance prior to visits; differentiate plans.
• Enter payer information into EMA and maintain PA log.
• Balance and reconcile daily payments; prepare superbills.
