Base pay range

$35,360.00/yr - $43,680.00/yr

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Compensation

$17-$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate and complete patient information
• Collect copays and patient balances as needed

• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department or healthcare professional

Requirements
