As an Intake Coordinator, you’ll be the unsung hero behind the curtain at Atlas Medical, ensuring patients receive exceptional care from their first interaction. Acting as the vital touchpoint for referral sources, you’ll manage phone calls to collect essential information, navigate authorizations, and verify insurance—all while maintaining a detail‑oriented approach. This position doesn’t involve direct patient contact, but your diligent efforts lay the groundwork for personalized, quality care.
To excel as Intake Coordinator at Atlas, you need a blend of essential skills: 1–2 years of medical office experience, a service‑oriented mindset, compassionate and caring attitude, strong verbal and written communication, and excellent time‑management skills. A valid driver’s license, current insurance proof, and reliable transportation are required.
