Job summary

Northwest Eye Center in Thief River Falls, MN is seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator I to be the heartbeat of our front desk. You’ll welcome patients, manage check-in and check-out, and help ensure a smooth, personal visit from start to finish.

Location: 901 Hanson Dr, Thief River Falls, MN. The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, excellent communication, comfort with computers, and a collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills

As aPatient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Schedule:

• $19-21/hour
• Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm & Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
