Job summary

Northwest Eye Clinic in Maple Grove is seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to welcome patients, verify information, enter data, answer calls, and schedule appointments. The role may involve travel to other Twin Cities locations as needed. Starting pay is $18.50-21.00/hour.

Strong customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential, with preferred experience in a medical practice. High school diploma required, with at least one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year minimum experience in customer service.
• Experience in a medical practice is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the practice; treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Checking-in patients and reviewing charts to verify information and signatures.
• Entering new patient information into the computer.
• Answering the telephone and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
• Scheduling appointments and entering patient recalls.
• Travel to other locations as needed within the Maple Grove area.

Northwest Eye Clinic has an opening for a full-time Patient Coordinator at our Maple Grove location.

Summary

This individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice; treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner; checking-in patients; reviewing patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures; entering new patient information into the computer; answering the telephone; directing calls to appropriate personnel; scheduling appointments; enter in patient recalls. This position is based in Maple Grove, however may travel to the other locations (Wayzata, Golden Valley, Minnetonka and St. Anthony). Starting pay is $18.50-21.00/hour.
