Job summary

Carolina Coast Family Dentistry is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly team. You will welcome patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and help coordinate financing to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience.

This role offers regular hours with a competitive hourly wage of $18-$21 and benefits including 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO and holidays, plus employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dental office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and terminology is a plus.

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Alternating Fridays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
