Overview

We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator with oral surgery or implant experience to join our team in Portage, WI. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a positive, seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out. As the face of our practice, you'll play an essential role in building lasting relationships with patients while keeping the front office running efficiently. From coordinating appointments and verifying insurance to answering questions and supporting daily operations, you'll help ensure every patient feels valued, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.
