Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Wisconsin to welcome patients, guide them through the dental journey and explain treatment and payment options. You’ll be the friendly first touchpoint, helping patients feel informed, at ease and valued from check-in through checkout.

You’ll collaborate with the dental team, support scheduling, verify insurance, answer questions, and communicate clearly to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience and trust in choosing us.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental, healthcare, medical, hospitality or customer-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Overview

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first people our patients meet and an important part of their experience with us. You’ll help patients feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their dental journey—from scheduling their appointment to understanding their treatment and payment options.

You’ll bring our G3 approach—Greeting, Guiding and Gratitude—to life by creating meaningful connections with patients and making every visit feel personal, positive and easy.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday 7:30-5:00 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:30-4:30
