Newberry Vision Center is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I in McKinney, TX to serve as the friendly heartbeat at the front desk. You will manage check-ins, scheduling, and patient flow with a patient-first approach in a fast-paced ophthalmic setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Schedule:

• $17-20/hour
• Monday - Friday hours, NO WEEKENDS!

What You’ll Be Doing:
