Job summary

Newberry Vision Center in McKinney, TX, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to be the heartbeat of the front desk, greeting patients, handling check-in/check-out, and ensuring a smooth, personalized visit.

You will manage scheduling, answer questions, and support patient flow with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Monday–Friday, no weekends, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

As aPatient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Schedule:

• $17-20/hour
• Monday - Friday hours, NO WEEKENDS!

What You’ll Be Doing:
