Job summary

Medix Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Patient Schedulers for an onsite role in Beaverton, Oregon City, or nearby Beaverton area locations.

You will coordinate patient appointments, communicate with patients and families, and liaise with care teams to ensure timely access to services. The role requires strong scheduling and communication skills, with home health experience preferred and familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Patient scheduling and/or healthcare customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: USD20 - USD24 per hour

We are looking for experienced Patient Schedulers to join our healthcare team and help coordinate patient care and services. In this role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling and maintaining patient appointments/services, communicating with patients and families, and coordinating with healthcare staff, providers, and referral sources to ensure patients receive the care they need.

This is an onsite opportunity inoneof the following locations: Beaverton, Geahart, Oregon City, or Medord.
