Job summary

Laganis Pediatric Dentistry in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to be the first friendly face our families see. You’ll help children feel comfortable, manage scheduling, and coordinate care from check-in to completion.

The position offers a four-day work week, with no Fridays, evenings, or weekends, and pays $25–$28/hour. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, disability insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of front office experience in a dental setting.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear, compassionate communication with children and parents.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and parents and ensure a warm, stress-free visit.
• Schedule, confirm appointments, follow-ups, and reminders.
• Manage patient intake and maintain accurate medical histories.
• Verify insurance coverage and process claims.
• Coordinate referrals and follow treatment plans with families.
• Answer phone calls and patient questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Laganis Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to be the first friendly face our families see. Dr. Venetia Laganis and her team are known for helping children feel comfortable, overcome fear and anxiety, and build a positive attitude toward dental care. You'll play a big part in that from the moment a family walks in.
