Laganis Pediatric Dentistry in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator. You will be the first friendly face for families and play a key role in making visits comfortable for children.

We offer a four-day work week, with no Fridays or evenings, and a competitive hourly rate of $25–$28. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, disability insurance, PTO, paid holidays, CE, and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent dental front office experience.
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes and scheduling software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, compassionate communication with children and parents.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced office.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and parents and make visits warm and stress-free.
• Schedule, confirm appointments, follow-ups, and reminders.
• Manage patient intake and keep medical histories accurate.
• Verify insurance coverage and process claims.
• Follow up with families on treatment plans and referrals.
• Answer calls and patient questions promptly.
