Job summary

ExperCARE Urgent Care in Jasper, AL is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly face welcoming patients and the detail-oriented team member who keeps our clinic running smoothly.

In this role you will greet patients, prepare and copy notes, schedule appointments, verify pre-certifications, maintain charts, protect patient privacy under HIPAA, and support providers and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of medical terminology experience (2–4 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and a friendly attitude.
• Organized, accurate, and able to multitask.
