Job summary

Gilford Physical Therapy & Spine Center in Gilford, NH is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will greet, assist with registrations, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and coordinate with therapists to keep our clinic running smoothly.

You will also handle payments, maintain accurate records, and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality, all within a supportive, team-focused environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in receptionist or customer service preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication with patients and internal staff.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible afternoon and evening shifts.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate staff members efficiently.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and assist with patient registration.

*Hours needed: Monday-Thursday 12pm-7pm and Friday 11am-5pm*

Your Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator at Gilford Physical Therapy & Spine Center, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a vital role in providing a positive and welcoming experience.
