This is the ideal time to join: You'll be part of a proven, successful practice with momentum, not a risky startup. Your role will be instrumental in our next chapter of growth.
This is fundamentally a high-stakes sales position - but it's much more than that. You'll manage the complete patient journey from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment booking (surgical and non-surgical), and post-operative care, while also developing referral relationships and coordinating patient care.
You’ll generate significant practice revenue through persistent prospect nurturing, sophisticated relationship-building, and strategic communication. You must also do whatever it takes (within ethical bounds) to ensure smooth patient care coordination. "That's not my job" isn't in your vocabulary.

Openness to Learning We have a very specific, proven process. You must be genuinely open to learning and following our established systems rather than relying solely on your own methods.
Proactive Problem-Solving You anticipate needs without being told, find creative solutions, and take ownership of outcomes. "Whatever it takes within ethical bounds" describes your approach.
Professional Excellence & Team Mentality Always punctual, polished appearance, extreme attention to detail, impeccable computer skills. Roll-up-your-sleeves, everybody-pitches-in approach with no-drama attitude. You represent a premium brand in everything you do.
Additional Essentials: Energetic, self-motivated, thrives on multitasking, sophisticated interpersonal skills with high-expectation clientele, honest and consistent performance, handles pressure with grace.
Our patients are successful, busy professionals - which means they're sometimes hard to reach, thoughtful decision-makers, occasionally reschedule, and have high expectations.
This is labor-intensive work demanding persistence and commitment to excellence. But if you thrive on relationship-building, converting challenging prospects, and being rewarded for results, you'll love it here.
