Endodontic Practice Partners is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and discuss billing with patients in a welcoming, professional environment.

You will also enter data accurately, coordinate records with referrals, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow within a busy dental practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental Patient Care Coordinator or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with dental software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of dental insurance & billing and healthcare policies (HIPAA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability and punctuality

Responsibilities
