The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC is seeking a Call Center Coordinator to answer phones, initiate referrals and transfers, and deliver value-based patient service across our large multi-location orthopaedics network. The role demands multitasking, empathy, and strong communication to support physicians and patients.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in a medical call center, with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Minimum education of High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of call center experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR/EHR software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
