Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in patient care/elder care 1-2 years preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong patient/customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care-related duties under supervision, including vitals and basic clinical tasks.
• Completes documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Assists with activities of daily living and patient transporte as needed.
• Maintains supply levels and assists with room preparation and cleaning.
• Supports orientation and collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
