Job summary
Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton, Inc. within the Mass General Brigham system is hiring a Patient Care Assistant (PCA). You will support patients with daily living activities and work with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and comfort.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
- Experience with patient care or medical assisting in a hospital or healthcare setting (1-2 years preferred).
- Empathetic, patient-centered care and strong communication with patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
- Take vitals (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration) and document in medical records.
- Interact effectively with patients and families; report concerns to nurses.
- Turn and reposition patients; assist with mobility and transfers.
- Support nursing staff and participate in interdisciplinary teamwork.
