Qualifications

• NCCT Nursing Assistant certification required.
• 1–2 years experience in patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and document vital signs and measurements.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to address patient needs.
• Help patients turn, reposition, and mobility tasks.
