Job summary

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Nurse Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The role supports patient comfort, safety, and basic care tasks in a facility guided by Mercy Health System guidelines.

Requirements include a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation, with preferred completion of a Nurse Assistant training course. Prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and routine movement are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation.
• Preferred successful completion of a recognized Nurse Assistant training course.

Responsibilities
