Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) to assist in individualized patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN, contributing to patients' wellness. You will work within a collaborative team, performing clinical procedures and essential support tasks to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC, or enrolled in a healthcare career program.
• Licensure: None required.
• Experience: None required.
• Training: 175-hour program provided by Mercy within 90 days of hire.
• Certifications: BLS within 1 month; PCA competencies within 3 months.
• Physical: Requires lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing/walking.
