Qualifications

• Recent experience in acute care, physician’s office, home health/hospice, or long-term care facility (preferred).
• Must complete one of the listed nursing aide credentials to be considered.
• BLS certification preferred upon hire and must be obtained prior to direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including hygiene, vitals, and mobility.
• Act as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes or concerns.
• Deliver high level customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Use professional verbal and written communication at all times.
