Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, CNA/CPTC, or in a healthcare program; age 18+ and eligible for Mercy's UAP training.
• BLS certification within one month of hire is required.
• No prior experience is required; Mercy provides an 175-hour training program within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under RN/LPN direction to achieve highest wellness.
• Work cooperatively as part of a team and perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks.
• Maintain safety and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.
