Mercy is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to assist in individualized patient care under the direction of the RN or LPN. Work within a collaborative team to support wellness and provide essential clinical and non-clinical tasks.

No prior experience is required; Mercy provides a 175-hour training program within 90 days of hire to meet state requirements, with BLS certification within one month and PCA competencies within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or enrolled in a healthcare career program.
• BLS certification within one month of hire.
• PCA competencies completed within three months of hire.
