Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred.
• CNA or BHT certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, EMR systems; KIPU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, values and vision of the organization.
• Provide excellent customer service for patients; maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Work as part of a team to provide continuous patient care and role modeling.
• Document patient behavior and activities in the EMR system; use email to notify clinical staff.
