Job summary

Acadia Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our Boca Raton team. You will provide hands-on care, maintain a structured and therapeutic environment, and support patient safety as part of a collaborative clinical team.

This full-time role offers benefits and a starting pay of $17.00 per hour, with evening, night, and weekend shift differentials. Growth and stability are emphasized within one of the nation’s largest behavioral health networks.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided on hire
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members
