Job summary

MemorialCare Medical Group is seeking an experienced Women’s Health NP/PA to join our Ob/Gyn and Family Medicine team in Lakewood, CA. This is a 100% outpatient role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; no after-hours calls.

Expect to care for 15–21 patients daily and perform comprehensive histories, exams, prenatal care, and contraception procedures. Base salary ranges from $126,000 to $158,000 annually, with an incentive plan and comprehensive benefits including 401(k)

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Women’s Health or related NP/PA experience; 3+ preferred.
• OB experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform histories and physicals for women’s health patients.
• Provide prenatal care and manage OB patients throughout pregnancy.
• Interpret labs and diagnostics; order tests as needed.
• Implant contraception (IUD, Nexplanon, etc.).

Base Salary Range*:$126,000 to $158,000

We are seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join MemorialCare’s growing Ob/Gyn and Family Medicine practice in Lakewood, CA.

Practice Information & Position Details

• Employment opportunity with MemorialCare Medical Group
• 100% Outpatient
• Hours of operation:Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• No after hours call

• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations
• Implant contraception (e.g., IUD placement, Nexplanon, etc.)
• See new OB patients. Provide prenatal care throughout all stages of pregnancy.

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in Women’s Health or related field as a NP or PA; 3+ years preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in Obstetrics strongly preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR system highly preferred

Education & Licensure

• California Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing licensure or California Physician Assistant license
• Current, active, unrestricted licensure as an NP or PA
• Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board certification in Women’s Health (Preferred)
• Current BLS
• NPI and DEA
