Qualifications

• Ability to accurately monitor and document patient information and report any changes or concerns promptly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving patients, and standing for extended periods.
• Collaborative mindset to work efficiently with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Responsabilités

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy within established time frame.
• Completes all documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interacts with patients and their families effectively.
• Helps patients with basic hygiene tasks such as bathing and dressing; assists with toilet use and feeding if needed.
• Assist with turning and repositioning patients in bed and transferring to wheelchairs as needed.
• Reports health concerns to nurses and supports the care team.
