Job summary

It includes a $750 sign-on bonus and night shift hours with a 40-hour week. Education typically requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent; BLS, CMA, NA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• BLS, CMA, NA certifications preferred.
• National certifications preferred for nursing assistant roles.
• New Hampshire LNA certification preferred where applicable.
• Experience in patient care/elder care 0-1 year preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy.
• Completes all documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interacts with patients and their families effectively.
• Helps patients with basic hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Assists with turning and repositioning in bed and moves to wheelchair.
• Reports patient concerns to nurses.
