Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; LNA license preferred in NH. Onsite schedule with 40 hours weekly; pay range reflects entry-level nursing support responsibilities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and handle stress crisis situations effectively.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Demonstrated typing skills and computer experience required.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy and within established time frame.
• Completes all documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interacts with patients and their families effectively.
• Helps patients with basic hygiene tasks and mobility as needed.
• Assist with turning, repositioning and safe patient handling.
• Report health concerns to nursing staff promptly.
