Qualifications

• BLS certification within 6 months of hire date is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Perform ADL tasks including oral care, bathing, grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and document in EMR.
• Ensure safety, fall prevention, and infection control.
• Support nutrition through meal delivery and feeding.
• Transport patients and respond to emergencies.
