Allina Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Post Surgical Medicine team in Minnesota. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily patient care, feeding, bathing, dressing, and transporting patients, while documenting vital signs to support safe, compassionate care.
This .6 FTE role (48 hours per two-week pay period) involves 8-hour day/night shifts and every other weekend. CNA training and BLS certification are required; union SEIU contract applies.
Competenze
- Minimum age 18 (or 17 with HS diploma or GED).
- Completion of CNA program, clinical rotations, Allina Health Nursing Assistant Academy, or prior direct patient care experience.
- BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, or in-house).
Mansioni
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Collect and document vital signs and health observations.
- Aid in mobility, transfers, positioning and ROM.
- Support RN with admissions, transfers, discharges and post-mortem care.
- May transport medications within the site.
