• Assist in delegable nursing tasks delegated by the RN when they can be performed safely and without complex judgment.
• Support hospital visitors and staff with information needs; may function as a super user for nursing assistant IT and assist in coordinating care.
• Support safety and quality by focusing on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily duties within a High Reliability Organization framework.
