Responsibilities

• Clinical tasks assigned by the RN, following Ohio Board of Nursing delegation guidelines
• Demonstrate effective communication, adaptability, teamwork, and personal accountability
• Ensure patient and unit safety
• Provide patient comfort and hygiene, documenting according to policy
• Orient patients and families to the hospital environment and facilitate communication throughout the hospitalization process
