Qualifications

• One year of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection and documentation of patient/family data.
• Obtain and document vital signs and notify RN of abnormal findings.
• Provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with the RN and patient/family.
• Collaborate with multiple RNs to prioritize workload based on patient/family needs.
• Identify patient/family response to care provided.
• Input to RN for development and modification of the plan of care.
• Maintain accountability for self-development and contribute to others.
• Demonstrate commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and customer service.
• Support hospital/unit goals.
