St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, KY seeks a Part-time Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for the 4D TCU Cardiac/Neuro Telemetry unit. The position is 24 hours per week with 7P–7A shifts on a 36-bed unit.

PCAs provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN supervision, assist with daily living activities, and support unit clerical tasks to ensure a safe, compassionate environment. Training and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform vital signs.
• General computer skills and applications.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain clerical functions on a designated unit.
• Greet patients/visitors and answer telephone.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients.
