St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for our 4D TCU Cardiac/Neuro Telemetry Step Down unit located within the Edgewood Hospital. Part-Time, 24 hours/week, 7A-7P.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma / GED
• Ability to perform vital signs
• Knowledge of body mechanics
• General computer skills and applications
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the clerical functions on a designated unit.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a RN or LPN.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for an assigned group of patients.
