Job summary

Saint Mary's Regional Health System in Russellville, AR is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to provide direct patient care on our 28-bed Medical Telemetry unit, supporting a high-acuity population with cardiac and respiratory needs and post-surgical recovery. The role is full-time with 3 x 12 shifts; weekends may vary.

Education required is a High School diploma with Nursing Assistant Certificate and BLS preferred.

Our 28-bed Medical Telemetry unit provides specialized, continuous monitoring for a high-acuity patient population with diverse clinical needs. We manage a dynamic range of cases, including complex cardiac and respiratory conditions, post-surgical recovery, patients requiring bedside hemodialysis, as well as other medical conditions. This versatile environment demands a high level of clinical expertise to ensure safe, high-quality care for every patient on their path to recovery.
