We are seeking passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members to join our facility in Lafayette, IN. Sycamore Springs, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, specializes in compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use disorders.

Position Details:

• Full-Time, 2nd shift, Part-Time from 3pm-11pm

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School diploma
• Valid Driver’s License with favorable Motor Vehicle Report
• Proof of Insurance
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
• Experience in inpatient psychiatric or healthcare settings preferred
• Experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
