Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to support seniors in their homes. You will provide personal care, companionship, and help with daily activities across the San Diego area.
We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, and opportunities for advancement. Travel up to 25 miles may be required.
Qualifications
- 1 year of caregiving experience.
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
- Must be 18+.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).

- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
