Job summary

Golden Years Home Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to support clients in their own homes in California. You will provide personal care, light housework, meal prep, and companionship while ensuring safety and comfort for clients with diverse needs.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $18–$20/hour, and opportunities to earn bonuses. Training and the CA HCA certification can be completed through us, with travel up to 25 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
