Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required (American Heart Association).
• Act 34, Act 33, Act 73 and FBI fingerprint background clearances required.
• HIPAA compliance and privacy policy awareness expected.

Responsibilities

• Observe patients and ensure a safe environment.
• Accompany patients to tests and therapy, stay with assigned patient.
• Communicate pertinent patient data accurately and timely.
• Document patient behavior/activity per policy.
• Pursue ongoing educational development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
