Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in San Diego is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You’ll help ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes, tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement, and provide companionship to support daily living.

- 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fully vaccinated or exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.

- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18-$20/hr)
